1.) What size shirt should I buy?
The style of our shirts are designed to be a fitted silhouette and have a significant amount of stretch. They are made of 100% combed, ringspun cotton and are a 1 x 1 rib. Like all 100% cotton t-shirts, there will be some initial shrinkage. Our shirts are not pre-shrunk, so be sure to select a size to accomodate some shrinkage. With that being said, below are our sizing recommendations to help you decide what size to purchase:

2.) What are the best washing instructions for my shirt ?
In order to keep your Girls Love Frogs Too shirt looking at it's best, we recommend the following washing instructions:
Turn shirt inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, do not bleach, and tumble dry low. We do not recommend ironing. However, if you feel your shirt needs to be ironed, turn the shirt inside out and use a VERY low setting, moving the iron constantly as you iron.

3.) How does my order ship?
We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service). The following shipping costs apply:

• If you purchase 1 to 2 shirts, your total shipping cost is: $3.00
• If you purchase 3 to 6 shirts, your total shipping cost is: $6.00
• If you purchase 7 to15 shirts, your total shipping cost is: $10.00
• If you purchase Over 15 shirts, your total shipping cost is: $15.00
  
  

4.) How much sales tax do I pay?
Sales tax is based upon the billing location. Sales tax will be added to addresses for anyone purchasing product with an Illinois address. The tax rate for Illinois residents is 7%. Residents purchasing in any other state within the United States do not pay sales tax.

5.) When will my item be shipped?
All purchases that are ordered Monday thru Friday before 12:00 pm will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed. All orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

6.) What is your return policy ?
We understand that there are times returns need to be made. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisified with your item(s), you may return them for an exchange or refund. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are in the original condition that your received them in. Items cannot be washed, worn or stained. All items need to be returned in the original packaging, or we will charge you a $1 fee in order for us to replace it. Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. Please note that you will have to pay for shipping charges. If you are asking for a refund, your original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items that are being returned need to be shipped back to us with an orignial receipt. You will also have to fill out a return form which can be found here: return form. If your item is defective or we have sent you the wrong merchandise, we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges. Returns will take approximately 1 week to process. This does not include delivery time. Please return your items via USPS, regular mail. We will not reimburse you for express shipping. Returns will take approximately 1 week to process. 7.) Do you have larger sizes and/or colors available?
Unfortunately, at this time, Girls Love Frogs Too does not have larger sizes and/or colors available other than what you see on our shopping pages.
